Returns

Our return policy is 10 business days. After 10 working days following the purchase, it will not be possible to return the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be damaged with proof.

-The receipt of your purchase

- A photo of the damaged item

-Description of the damage on our product



If your return is approved, the refund will be issued within the following days to your original method of payment. If you do not receive the refund within 10 business days, please contact us via our email address: stethocustom@hotmail.com.
