The store stethocustom.ca is operated by Stétho Custom, a business based in Québec (Canada). Contact us: info@stethocustom.ca.

2. Acceptance

By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms, as well as our shipping, refund and privacy policies.

3. Products

Our covers are designed for Littmann Classic stethoscopes (such as the Classic III). They do not fit the Littmann Cardiology. Please check compatibility before ordering. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Littmann is a trademark of its owner. Stétho Custom is not affiliated with that owner.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or PayPal.

5. Orders

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if fraud is suspected. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Promotions

Promotions and promo codes cannot be applied retroactively to purchases already made.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photos and Stétho Custom logo on this site belong to Stétho Custom. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law.

10. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails.

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one posted on this site at the time of your purchase.
